(1) Each district shall have a Cinema hall Inspecting Committee comprising of the following members to inspect the newly constructed Cinema hall;
(a) Chief District Officer or Officer employee designated by him/her Chairperson
(b) Representative, Housing and Urban Development Office Member
(c) Representative (Officer level) District Development Committee Office Member
(d) Representative, Film Development Board Member
(e) Representative, Nepal Motion picture Organization Membe
